Skulpturkontoret

Norsk Billedhoggerforening opprettet i 1972 sitt eget informasjons og formidlingskontor for alle norske billedhoggere. Skulpturkontoret har fast tilskudd fra Kulturdepartementet. På vegne av landets billedhoggere formidler vårt kontor tredimensjonal kunst på en objektiv og faglig måte. I tillegg til et opplysningsarkiv med historikk og persolige data, har vi også et lett tilgjengelig arkiv på mer enn 3000 lysbilder som presenterer de enkelte kunstneres arbeider.

Skulpturkontoret tar sikte på å imøtekomme alle som ønsker å kjøpe tredimensjonal kunst eller ønsker informasjon om norsk skulptur, både offentlig og privat.

Formidlingen omfatter også utstillinger og offentlige og private konkurranser - alt fra portrettoppdrag til større utsmykkinger, med mulighet til å kunne orientere seg i eksisterende skulpturutrykk i dag.

Skulpturkontoret holder til i Norsk Billedhoggerforenings hus i Hekkveien 5 i Oslo. Vi har et åpent bibliotek med kataloger og info om kunstenere lett tilgjengelig.
Skulpturkontoret holder åpent på hverdager fra 9.30-15.00.

The Sculpture Office

The Association of Norwegian Sculptors created in 1972 its own information and communication office for all Norwegian sculptors. The Sculpture Office has a fixed grant from the Ministry of Culture. On behalf of the country's sculptors our office convey three-dimensional art in an objective and professional manner. In addition to an information archive of history and personalized data, we also have an easily accessible archive of more than 3000 slides that presents the individual artists' works.

The Sculpture Office aims to accommodate all who wish to acquire three-dimensional art or would like information on Norwegian sculpture, both public and private.

Our services also includes exhibitions and public and private competitions - everything from portrait commissions to larger embellishments, with the ability to orient themselves in the existing sculpture expressed in days.

The Sculpture office is located in The Association of Norwegian Sculptors' House in Hekkveien 5 in Oslo. We have an open library of catalogs and information about our artists readily available.
The Sculpture Office is open on weekdays from 10.00 to 15.00.
